A public hearing will be held before the Ohio Township Board of Zoning Appeals on June 17, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. The hearing will take place at the Ohio Township Administration Building, 2877 Mt. Pisgah Road, New Richmond, Ohio 45157. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a variance at 2873 Mt. Pisgah Road, New Richmond, Ohio 45157 for the placement of a garage within the front yard setback of the property.
